Tinker Dragoon's Page O'Stuff

Natural/Genius Powers

Some of the skills below are taken from other Palladium® games, and cannot be reprinted in their entirety here, so I have listed which books to find them in instead. My apologies to those of you who don't own those books.

  • +10% to all Electrical and Mechanical Skills in addition to I.Q. and P.C.C. bonuses.

    Mechanical Genius (16 P.P.E.)

As the Electrical Genius focus, geared for machinery. See Mutants in Orbit, Rifts Canada, or Chaos Earth for the Jury-Rig skill.

    Military Genius (15 P.P.E.)

There isn't a vehicle made that this character can't drive or fly, and he can instinctively pilot vehicles he has no formal skill with. Recognize Vehicle Quality is from Heroes Unlimited 2e. Piloting Instinct is found in Rifts: Juicer Uprising and Phase World Sourcebook.
